Annie Mist Thorisdottir is from Iceland's Reykjavik. She is an Icelandic CrossFit professional athlete. She co-owns Crossfit Reykjavik where she also coaches and trains. Annie is first woman who has been crowned winner of CrossFit Games in two consecutive seasons. She was second at the CrossFit Games in 2010 and the 2014 edition. Annie Thorisdottir from Iceland is a weightlifter and also an avid CrossFit athlete, is also a celebrity media personality. She became famous for becoming the first female to win been awarded the two CrossFit Games, in 2011 and 2012. A winner at both the Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and 2017, Annie is well-known. Annie as well as her both her parents and siblings were born at Reykjavik Iceland. At a very early time, she was an avid sports fan and loved exercising. She won many medals during school competitions. In 2009 she first participated in the CrossFit games at California where she was able to perform good in her first games. Annie Thorisdottir was 31 (by in 2021). Her height is 5'7" and she weighs around 67kg. Annie started CrossFit Training in California at the age of 2009. The first time she competed, she was very successful and finished in the first 10 of the 70 competitors. She was not able to earn any titles, and finished 11th on the list of final results. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. under the direction of Jami Tikkanen. Annie came in 2nd in CrossFit Games and was awarded the Silver Medal that year. In the following year she took part with Jami Tikkanen in CrossFit Games and won them due to her impressive performances. She was the first woman ever to take home a gold medal in CrossFit Games. Annie is the only female to ever win in consecutive CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie once again became the CrossFit Games winner due to the extraordinary performance. A silver medal was won in 2014; and in 2021, she won an award of bronze at CrossFit Games. Annie is currently a trainer and instructor in Crossfit Reykjavik, which she founded. Annie's rising popularity as an athlete has seen her become the spokesperson for many brands in sports, like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Nuunhydration and Periodization Sidekicks Yerb. In addition to this she also has her own Youtube channel with a few thousand subscribers where her training diet videos, family and travel vlogs are uploaded.
